Battle of the sexes

Two people, a man and a woman, are arguing. Each is certain that he or she is right. Write this as if you have absolute sympathy for both points of view and both sides of the argument.

Stay in the moment and focus on how men and women argue differently. The two people in your scene don't have to be a couple. However, if they are, keep in mind that couples often fight about minor things that stand for larger issues. Use that concept to create subtext in your dialogue.
