From the girl with less than zero followers in social media
The girl that never drinks alcohol
The one that spends her days doing Internet trivias
And the only useful thing she does is listening to rock and roll.

Caffeine keeps her days going
Even when the path seems to end
Her most colorful piece of clothing is black t-shirt
Netflix is her only friend.

She likes to fly kites in summer
Crave pumpkins at fall
She doesn't put marshmallows on her hot chocolate in winter
And at Spring she paints walls.

Her hands dark and dirty from the graphite of her sketches
Making big mistakes out of beautiful, beautiful faces
Painting their souls with a pencil on white sheets of paper
And her earphones on, taking her away from the present.

Imagining histories at night, when the light fully fades
Black and white scenes, amazing things normally underrated
Her fingers tracing imaginary figures in her bare legs, desperate
Before crossing them tight, hoping for the next day to be better.

Her brain is a room with no gravity
Unconnected word floating around
A soft melody always playing
And light pastel colors on the background.

Tiptoeing as life passes by
Trying to work things out one at a time
Mumbling to herself that everything will be alright
As long as she keeps holding on tight.
