After our wedding, everything was going great. Until today.

All of a sudden I started feeling nauseous. I went running to the bathroom and started puking my guts out while holding my hair back. Xavier, my husband, heard me throwing up and came inside to see what was happening.

"Jennifer, are you ok?", Xavier asked.

I couldn't answer him since I was still vomiting. He came and began rubbing his band up and down my back. After an eternity, I finally finished and stood up to rinse my mouth.

"Jen, are you ok?", he asks again.

"Yeah, I'm okay, Xavier."

"You better lay down and rest.", says Xavier, his concerns clear.

I shake my head. "Sorry, but I have to make dinner and-", he cuts me off.

"Forget it, instead of making dinner, you're going to get rest.", Xavier says as a command while kissing my forehead

"Fine. I'll go get some rest."

"Thanks, baby. I'll go ask Adrianne to go make us something to eat.", he says with a blissful smile.

I went to our room and slowly, but steadily, fell into a dreamless slumber.

~~~ 3 hours later ~~~

As I start to wake up, my eyes open to meet Xavier staring at me.

"Hello sleepy head. Are you hungry?", asks Xavier.

I nod my head. "Yes. How long have I've been asleep?"

"For 3 hours. Now, come. Adrianne made us something to eat."

I stretched and slowly get up.

"I think you should go to the doctor if you throw up again. It's rare that you throw up unless you didn't eat anything and decided to get drunk and I know you haven't drank for a month now."

"Maybe I just have the flu.", I say

"I know but I just want to make sure that you're okay. You know how much I care about your health as if you were a child because you're very precious to me, Jennifer.", Xavier says with a concerned look on his face. Like a child? A child is precious to him? I'm surprised since he said he doesn't want to have a child anytime soon.

"But you're forgetting one thing."

Xavier cocks an eyebrow. "Which is?"

"I'm not a child, Xavier. I'm your wife."

Sooo, I know I just started a fanfic last Wednesday but why not start another one? You'll have to deal with the bad writing quality since I started both fanfics about 2 years and I didn't finished neither. Also, I'll be those type of authors that that take a while to update their stories so just bare with me. I'll try my hardest to update both fanfics once a week.
