Just a one-shot

Constallations

They were sitting on a blanket cuddling and just looking at the stars. As they sat there in peaceful bliss she thought about everything, about demons, and vampires and how he was safe for now, because of the mark of Cain. "Izzy", startled she looks up at Simon and asks, "yes?" "Are you okay, because for the last five minutes you have staring off into space, and you looked upset about something?" She just nods and says that she's fine, that she was just thinking. He nods and tries to take her mind off of whatever  is troubling her.  "So do you know any of the constellations?" She smiles and shakes her head. "No, do you?" Simon smiles and starts to point out the constellations, he even makes up a few causing her to laugh. He had no idea of what was troubling her right then, but he was happy that he had made her smile, even if it was only for a moment.  They sat there gazing at the  stars as they made jokes and for just a minute they were allowed to be normal teenagers.
