This story was inspired by Adele's hit song "Hello"

It was a peaceful and cool night. The sound of laughter was heard outside of the Sevilles' house, along with the gentle sound of a strumming guitar. Playing that guitar, way up on a tree branch, happened to be Jeanette. Laughing with her was her boyfriend, Simon. Even though it was a school night, and almost way past Simon's bed time, he could care less. What really mattered to him at the moment was spending time with his girlfriend.

It had already been a month since they had a date at a fancy restaurant, and Simon had asked Jeanette out. It was hard, but worth it. She liked him a lot, and after that night, it was pretty clear.

Jeanette twirled her hair around in her finger, giving him a shy smile. "I love spending time with you.." she said in a bit of a whisper. Simon grinned, holding her hand.

"Me too." he replied, looking up at the stars.

"You sure Dave won't catch you out here? Plus, you know how Alvin is."

"I can't say I'm sure I won't get caught, but I'm not worried about it."

Jeanette smiled, looking down at her guitar. "I.. I wanna share this song with you."

"R-Really?"

"I call it, "The One I Only Love"." she started strumming the guitar, a little nervous. "When I'm with you I feel that I can catch a shooting star
And make a wish that dreams come true no matter who you are
And I would make a wish for you
Then I would wish that wish come true.." she paused, now looking into his eyes. "There's nothing that compares 'cause you're the best part of me
When I'm with you, there's nowhere else that I would rather be
You are the one I only love
I've met some other guys, but I don't think they're quite the same
You are the only one I think of when I'm far away
I feel like I was never gone
You are the one I only love
When with you, with you is where my heart is
When with you, I feel like I was never gone at all
When with you, there's no place that I would rather be
You are the one I only love."

Simon smiled at her. "You wrote that for me?"

"Yes." the brunette haired chipette nodded, holding both his hands. "Only for you. I.. I actually wrote it a long time ago. But I didn't think you felt the same way about me."

The two stared into each others' eyes as fire flies flew around them, making a beautiful scene between the two. They both leaned in to one another, slowly closing their eyes. Just as they were about to kiss, they heard a loud thud and a groan. Jeanette gasped, dropping her guitar.

"Oh, come on, Theodore!" shouted the familiar voice of Alvin, "It was just getting good!" Simon and Jeanette looked to their left and spotted Alvin, Brittany, and Eleanor standing at the balcony of the tree house.

"Wha - What the..! Alvin!" growled Simon.

"What? I was curious. And I'm not the only one watching, ya know."

"Britt, Ellie? What are you doing?" Jeanette asked in embarrassment.

"Like Alvin said. We were curious." said Eleanor.

"Ugh, seriously? Go to bed! You're wasting your time." said Simon, frowning at them.

"Uhh.. Can someone please help me up..?" asked the innocent voice of Theodore. Jeanette and Simon looked down and saw Theodore on the ground with popcorn all over the place. Without expecting it, Jeanette's guitar ended up hitting him in the head.

"Ohh..!" Simon groaned in frustration, slapping his hand over his face. "You know what, Jeanette, I might just go to bed now."

"Great idea." both climbed down the tree. "I'll see you tomorrow. A-And uh, text me goodnight." she tried saying in a whisper.
