Godspeed

It was a bright sunny day in Central City. Bright orange lightning was zipping past, stopping muggers, saving people, and picking up coffee. Heads were turning and questions like, "I thought he left red lightning." Were being asked as the orange flash passed. As the orange raced through the streets, a little boy cried out, "It's The Flash!" The orange blur stop and turned to the boy.
A boy with caramel blond hair and blue eyes stared back at the small child. "I'm not The Flash, kid. I'm Godspeed." He said with a grin and zoomed off in a flash.

"Who the hell is this kid?" Eddie asked, popping a few chips into his mouth. Caitlin was scrolling through news footage of the orange blur.

"We don't know, but he calls himself Godspeed. And he's fast. Like, The Flash, fast." Cisco chimed. "Bet I could come up with a better name though."

"Bet you couldn't." The orange blur sped through the room, stopping in front of Cisco with a sly grin. "Hi, I'm Henry Thawne, or as you better know me, Godspeed." Eddie stood at the name.
"Oh my god." Caitlin gasped.

"Thawne?" Godspeed smiled.

"Hi... Dad." He said calmly, hugging Eddie tightly in the blink of an eye. The detective stumbled back at the forcefulness of the embrace.
"Dad? Look, I don't even kn- Ow!" he was cut off when a needle was pricked into his arm. "What the hell, Wells?" He cried out at the Doctor who had showed up with no warning.

Henry paused at the name, turning on a dime and coiling his hand around Dr. Wells throat. "You son of a bitch!" Harrison choked against Henry's hand. Caitlin and Cisco raced over to help Wells but they couldn't pull the furious teen away from him. After a second he let Wells fall to the floor, gasping for breath, struggling to get back to his chair. "I hope you're proud of what you've done." He snarled.

"What did he do?" Cisco asked.

"Spoilers." He said in a faux British accent.

"Did you just quote Doctor Who?" Cisco replied.

Henry glared down at the good doctor and turned back to Eddie. "I'm from the future, dad. Ow." He winced as Wells took a sample of his blood.

"Then how did you get your powers? Were you here when the particle accelerator blew?" He asked in a rapid fire fashion. Henry gave him a confused look but realization soon came to him.

"Oh, looks like I came back a little to far. You're still dating Iris. Haven't married Barry yet. Yeah, got it." Eddie's face screwed up in a shocked look and Caitlin choked on the water she'd was sipping.

"I marry Barry!" Henry gave a sheepish nod.

"Who do you think named me Henry?" Eddie fell against the computer table as the new information settled over him. "Geez, wait til he hears that he gets pregnant too." Eddie's eyes bugged out of his head when he heard that.

"Y-your my son son." Henry grinned.

"So that's how you have your speed. Barry impregnated Eddie thus injecting part of his powers into you and giving you super speed." Caitlin mused, setting her water on the counter.

"That's all you have to say about this?" He asked shocked.

"About what." Barry appeared in the doorway, a questioning look on his face. Henry turned to face his fellow speedster and raced into his arms, lightning tracing the path behind him.

"Dad!" He yelled, snuggling into Barry's arms.

"Umm... Is this what we're not okay with?"

"Umm. Barry, this is apparently, our son, Henry Thawne." Barry pulled off his mask to stare at Henry in shock.

"What? When do we have a kid? Why would we have a kid together?" He asked, the color draining from his face.

Sum it up, Henry." Eddie shrugged.

"I went back in time to... Do some unimportant things, went to far to when you two aren't married yet, beat up Wells, told Eddie he gave birth to me, and hugged you." He said simply.

"You beat up Wells? And how the hell did he get pregnant." He asked, his nostrils flaring up a bit.

"Whatever your thinking about him, it's true." He whispered.

"He's not lying. He's your's and Barry's son." Cisco said.

In the blink of an eye, Henry had pushed Eddie and Barry into a deep kiss. The two were startled and stumbled away from each other, cheeks bright red. Henry grinned and gave a salute before dashing out of the room.

Eddie and Barry turned away from each other, Barry touched his lips and sped out of the room.
