Chapter 1

** Emily's POV**

I was super excited for today!!! My friends invited me to go to Texas! I was looking forward to this all summer.

"You ready?" My friend Brooke asked. "Ready as ever!" I happily replied. I was wearing the cutest outfit I owned feeling oddly confident. I had a pair of green shorts with a purple crop tee and green converse. My naturally blonde curly hair was pulled back into a ponytail.

"Lookin sharp Em." My other friend Lilly yelled from the 4x4 truck. Lilly was gorgeous. She had emerald green eyes and straight blonde hair. She looks like one of those tumblr girls from the internet.

"You're not bad yourself babe!" I yelled back as I climbed in the back of the truck. "Now only 12 hours left in a car with you losers!" Brooke exclaimed. She was pretty too. Brown hair brown eyes. Nothing special though.

**2 hours later**

"We're hereeee!" Lilly screamed.

The house we rented was beautiful. I kept saying to myself, this is my home for the summer. " first things first we're going to the mall. I didn't expect it to be this hottt." Brooke complained.

I loved the mall. Especially this one. It was HUGE. "We're going into the one direction store!" Lilly said. Lilly and Brooke were obsessed with one direction but I didn't get the big idea. They were five boys in a band who can sing. Big whoop. "Ugggghh, no." I complained. "Come on. Don't ruin our fun Em." Brooke said annoyed.

I had no choice. I had to go 2 against 1. I lose. We were running into the store when a guy ran into us. "HEY WATCH IT!" I yelled. "Umm sorry I didn't mean to run into such lovely girls." The man said with a heavy British accent. He looked familiar but I couldn't seem to put my finger on it.
