I pull into my driveway and stop the engine, pulling the keys out of the ignition. I sigh as I grab my backpack off of the passenger seat and get out.

I walk to the front door and walk inside.

"Hey Lou!" Lottie greets me.

"Sup. Where's mum?"

"With Dr. Deakin," she states going back to her phone. Why wouldn't she be?

"His name is Dan! Stop calling him Dr." I roll my eyes.

I head to my room. I don't try to sound rude but I absolutely hate him! He's nothing but a cocky man who thinks everyone wants to be him.

My phone rings interrupting my thoughts.

"Hello?" I answer and wait for a response.

"Hey man, wanna come to Justin's and Jay's and hangout tonight?" Jackson asks once he gets on the line. Justin and Jayden are twin brothers, but we all act like brothers. Justin is the smart, straight A's, goody goody ome out of the group. Jayden is the complete opposite. He the carefree, doesn't really go to school one. Jackson, well let's just say he's the idiot one out of the group. Me, I'm the one who puts them in their place, mostly Jayden and Jackson.

"Sure, why not?" I say and hang up. I throw my bag to the side and walk out of the room. I run down the stairs and open the front door.

"Where are you going?" Lottie asks as I'm about to go out the door.

"Justin's and Jay's, be back later." I close the door and walk to the car. I unlock and get in. I put the key in the ignition and turn the car on. I put it in drive and begin driving to their house.

I open the front door to his house as if it's my own house, "evening Mrs. Matthews."

"Evening Louis." She greets, "we have a doorbell you know." She laughs.

"Justin told me it was unlocked. Sorry Mrs. Matthews."

"It's alright, the boys are down in the basement like always." She smiles and goes back to doing the dishes.

I go down the stairs and walk through the doorway.

"Sup losers." I walk over to the couch.

"Hey Lou, wanna play some pool, since they don't want to?" Jackson asks grabbing a pool stick.

"Sure, I'm about to whoop your ass." I laugh and take a stick myself.

"You breaking?" He asks.

"I always do." He nods. He places the balls in the triangle and rolled it in place. He lefts the triangle and I put chalk on the tip of the stick. I set myself up, cocking the stick back and forcing it forward hitting the white ball which collides into the triangle shaped balls. The balls break apart and shuffle around the table. Two of them landing in two different pockets.

"Not fair." I hear him mumble. I smirk and move to the side where it's easier to hit the white ball. I hit it and it bounces off the 'five' ball. The ball travels across the table into the side pocket.

"I'm breaking next." Jackson pouts.

"I'm not playing this again." I laugh as I pull the stick back, hitting the white ball, tapping the 'four' ball but it didn't go in.

"About time." He huffs and sets himself up.

"Miss!" I shout as he was going to push the stick forward, causing it to miss the white ball and the tip of the stick to glide on the table.
