The grand metal doors stood before me, the words A5  were printed across it in bright red. Through the transparent walls lie the forbidden torrid wasteland where the " Outsiders" lived.

"Laura, come on lets get back to class," my best friend Ella whined.

" Its okay, its just a stupid wall.

" Keep your voice down, that wall, keeps us alive, she says elaborating on" wall".

" Whatever, I've got a class."

I walk away from Ella leaving her like a sad puppy, and then leave the school grounds.

" Wait, where are you going, I thought you had a class," said Ella.

" Yeah... I changed my mind. " Laura, please don't say your going to the forest," said Ella worried.

The brown leaves crunch under my feet, the small security cameras cling onto the brown tree brunches spying on me, as if it were their eyes. The invisible dome covers this city like a cage, it shimmers in the sunlight. Centuries ago there was a war between two different people with ideas they didn't agree on, it lasted ten years. The " Outsiders" is what we call the society of people that didn't win the war, while the " insiders" which is what the people who did win, live in a city where you can't escape I'm one of those people. I've always imagined what was beyond this fraudulent city, was it true about the stories that the birds could fly or what about water, what does it really feel like? No one has ever gone outside the metal doors, but maybe some day I could.
