"but why?" his voice croaked looking down at your belly. 
"because I'm fat" you admitted bluntly. 
"I'm fat and ugly and worthless an I don deserve to be here" you sighed making him angry. 
"I don't get how you can say that? I mean look at yourself! You're beautiful, so gorgeous and amazing and noone can ever change that!" he smiled weakly. You knew telling him wouldn't be easy but how he reacted was the worst part of it all. He was hurt, sad, annoyed how you didn't see how beautiful you were. 
"y/n is it my fans?" he asked. 
You sighed and nodded slowly. 
"kinda..I mean you know I love your fans but the things they say..things tha-that hurt..." you whispered. 
"I swear, no I promise that I won't let this happen anymore" 
"Louis you can't stop it!" you sighed. It was true they are always going to say things. 
"I know but I can try, and I will try, all the boys will. We all care about you enough to help you" he smiled. You knew things were going to be okay.
