13 years earlier...

Carrie and her family were new to Guntersville they moved there from Tuscaloosa. 9 year old Ryan Hunt was watching Toy Story when he thought he heard a familiar voice. He rushed to the window to look outside; he saw the girl that belonged to this voice but he didn't know her. Quickly he turned around and headed for the front yard.

"Hi! Are you new to this town? I'm Ryan!" Super excited to see a new family move in next door he then became mesmerized by a pretty little blonde hair blue eyed girl. That's 8 year old Carrie Taylor.

"Hi! Yeah, I'm Carrie we just moved here from Tuscaloosa!"

"Oh wow that's cool! Nice to meet you Carrie; I'm watching a movie right now then do you want to ride bikes?"

"Yeah!! What movie are you watching?"

"I'm watching Toy story, it's my favorite movie."

"No way me too! If my parents say it's okay could I come and watch?"

Lost for words Ryan feels that this moment will define the rest of his life.

"Yeah I'll go get my parents so they can talk to yours."

Carrie rushed to her parents with a strange feeling that the rest of her life just decided its fate. She grabbed her mom and dad's hand and pulled them over to the Hunt's front yard where the Hunt's stood waiting.

"Mom, Dad this is my new best friend Ryan's parents!" Carrie squealed.

"Hi, I'm Tessa and this is my husband Jerry." Carrie's mother said as she shook the hand of Ryan's mother and father.

"Hi, I'm Terry and this is my husband Jim. We wanted to welcome you to the neighborhood."

"That's mighty nice of y'all. Carrie here pulled us over hear so quick I think she really likes Ryan." Jerry let out with a chuckle.

"You know Ryan seems mighty found of Carrie himself. I think we created a pair of best friends that will last through anything." Says Jim with the same look of hope.

Carrie and Ryan then rushed upstairs to enjoy what was left of Toy Story. They plopped on the bean bags and began to laugh so hard they had to hold their tummies.
