The Hunt For The 8 Pages

Some say that evil things can adapt to modernity... They sometimes can be even more evil.

They sometimes can use electronics to victim people...

I experienced that terrifying thing myself.

And this is the story of my survival.

I am Drei ConnerField.

The thing that changed my life started on a gloomy rainy day.

It's like life meant that day to be gloomy and kinda despairing.

I hated it.

Atleast, life should make it a little happy.

But it didnt.

Even, it was raining I was out, hanging with my friends.

"Haha! Just imagine Lois face when she sees that!" Jeered Max.

As usual, Max is up to his old tricks.

Trolling the annoying Preps.

And, this is my best of the best friends.

Max- the troller. 

Jean- the trustworthy one. 

Michael- the awesome one. 

Sam- the tough one

Just then, a group of kiddos burst in the cafe. They were laughing hystericaly, so I got curious.

"Lets play it again!" A kid said. 

"Then what? Get scared again?" Replied the burly boy. 

"Lets just try it again" Plead the other one. 

"Ok..." Burly kid said in defeat. 

He whip out his iPhone and opened an app, well, I guess.

But, after a few seconds they all screamed, Burly boy just laughed though.

"Haha!! I told you! You wont even get a single page!" Burly Boy said.

So, that's all... a page hunting game.

"Oh, yeah? You think you are so good, let us see you try it!" a kid said.

"Fine with me!" Said Burly boy.

So, thats it. Soon I got bored with those kids, I returned to my pals.

But, soon I heard a shriek.

"OHMY!!!GOOOOOOD!!!!"

"Haha! Now look whose screaming his head off." teased one kid.

"Come on! Lets get out of this place! I dont want to stay with this bragger!" A girl with pigtails said.

Sam seems to be listening because she whispered jokingly "Me too! Lets go Boots! Dora the Explorer!" 

That caused us to laugh hard.

The kids all went out, leaving Burly Boy behind. Seeing he was being left behind Burly Boy chased them. "Hey, guys!!!!," He ran outside "Wait!".

Then, something caught my eye. Burly Boy's iPhone.

Max noticed too, "Cool! Lets get it!"

"Max, shut it! Thats not ours!" 

Jean said.

"Guys.. Its just a phone, ok." 

I said. "Better still, I will return it." And I ran outside clutching the iPhone.

I saw Burly Boy turn to an alley.

"Hey, kid!!" I yelled at him.  

I chased him and a scream startled me right on my tracks.

"AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHH!!!!!!"

I rushed to the dead end alley as fast as I could.

I stopped dead on my tracks.

"Oh no... this cant be..."

I was just completely stunned to move.

A scared feeling rose to my body all of the sudden.

Burly Boy was gone.
