Frank wanted to do something special for Hazel. Something that said "we survived, now let's get serious." So he had Leo make a giant fireworks message. On the Fourth of July he invited Hazel to a picnic in the forest. He made sure to stay away from the barrier though. Leo set off the fireworks, spelling out "I Love You" in Latin.
