I can safely say this is one of the anime I love most, and I can defiantly give it 10/10.

Quick Summary:

Shu Ouma is just a regular high school boy, and he likes it that way. He doesn't want to bring too much attention to himself, even if he feels unsatisfied with that. But when he finds a girl almost dead in the building behind his school, he didn't know how much his life was about to change. As he tries to be useful, he finds himself obtaining a new power, one essential to a terrorist group, and also to the government. But who was he supposed to choose?
