The First Day

It was Annabel's first day at high school. She loved school and she couldn't wait, she hastily got up and put on her school uniform. Her uniform consisted of a very beautiful kind of light blue polo shirt with a white tie and a white skirt; she looked amazing in it. "Mum, Dad hop out of bed you must help me get ready for school". Anna's parents were named Emma and Jake; they both had a lot of money but were still the most polite people you could ever meet. You see they had earnt all their money through their work for charities. The people that gave the money to the charities also gave money to Emma and Jake for helping the people in need. As well as that, they both ran their own business selling nerf guns for boys and make-up for girls; both of which were extremely popular. "Ok Anna, Dad and I will get ready for work and we will be out in about 5 minute's ok darling" "Ok mum".

Emma woke up Jake and they both got ready. It took them exactly 5 minutes to get ready and be out with Anna. "Can you help me do my hair please mum? "Of course I can and I'll get dad to make you breakfast" "Thank you" " Jake can you get Anna some breakfast please" "Sure what do you want Anna" " I would like some coco pops please dad" "Great manners sweetheart, I'm proud of you" replied Jake. Jake went to get Annabelle breakfast and Emma put Anna's hair in a ponytail with a braid. After Anna had brekkie, brushed her teeth, and her hair was done she finally got into the car.

Now that she was heading to school she started to get worried. "Mum what if they don't like me" "Nonsense they will like you Anna" replied Jake "Don't worry so much". "I guess your right dad, they will like me" "Good girl, well where here now have a good day, bye, "said Emma.

Anna hopped out of the car and went into the gate. Annabelle didn't know what to expect. Were the teachers going to be strict or were they going to be nice she kept thinking to herself. 'Boom, crash' Anna crashed into one of the students. He was holding all of his books and they all went tumbling down onto the ground. "Oh, my gosh, I am sooo sorry, I didn't see you there" said Anna when she had finally got up, the boy looked up at Annabelle. 'Hi, my name is Harry. Is it your first year here?' 'Yeah, I'm in grade 8' replied Anna 'I figured, me too, see you in classes hopefully'. Harry walked off and Anna was so happy that she nearly went prancing and jumping around.

Anna decided to go for a walk around and in her travels she stumbled upon the library and guess who was there. You guessed right it was Harry. He was playing Mario kart with a bunch of other guys. Anna walked up to them and asked if she could verse them. 'No way, you're gonna fail straight away' said one of the guys. 'Yeah you'll embarrass yourself' said another. 'Hey allow her to play; everyone should get a fair chance' Explained Harry. The boys allowed Annabelle to play and at the start of the game she had no idea how to play she kept on falling off mushrooms in a track called mushroom gorge and then she kept running into cows on another track. Then the bell rang for care, so Anna quickly walked away from the library.

When she arrived to care a group of girls walked up to her. "Hi, my name is Mary" said the girl with blonde hair. "Hello Mary my name is Annabelle but people call me Anna." "That's an awesome name, I'm Georgia, How do you like school so far?" said another girl. This girl was quite tall and had brown-ish hair. "I love school" replied Anna. "Are we the first people you have seen?" asked Mary. "Yep, well there was this one guy that I ran into this morning." "What was his name?" asked Georgia. "I don't remember, but I played Mario Kart with him in the library before getting here" replied Annabelle.

As soon as the three girls stopped talking a teacher went into the classroom. She seemed extremely strict. As Annabelle started thinking she realised that this was the first teacher that she had met today. "Hello class, my name is Mrs Lola. I hope you will all like it here at jade Chambers High." As care progressed Anna realised that Mrs Lola wasn't that strict at all.
