Marty POV

I couldn't believe they'd do that to me. They knew what Robert had done to me yet they had to go and try to reconcile with him. I mean they hadn't even told me that they'd re-formed yet but it's the thought that counts. I went to school the next morning grumpily.
"Hey buddy, what's up?" Fabian said when I got to the bus stop
"Hey Fab. I'm fine, you?" I lied
"I don't believe that for a second. You can tell me." He said patting my shoulder
"Fine." I huffed before explaining the whole situation.
"You, Alan, Chris and Lee used to be a band before Elliot and Darren joined you right?" He asked
"Yeah, McFly, named after Marty McFly in the back to the future trilogy. We didn't realise there was another band with that name until everyone knew our band name so it stick and we eventually found it cool that we had the same name as one of our favourite bands. Why?" I replied
"If Robert does want to re-join the Termites then you should continue being McFly." He replied
"That's the best idea I've ever heard." I laughed with relief

I walked into school happily with Fabian laughing at my sudden mood change behind me. I immediately noticed the only people that were ready there were the rest of the band and Robert. Alan looked tired and worried. His eyes kept darting around the room as if he was looking for someone.Lee kept looking across the canteen towards Britney, Hannah, Anne-Boleyn and their friends before looking nervously at Robert as if he was going to hurt him. Chris was nervously tapping on his leg rhythmically. Elliot looked as if he wanted to run around cheering. Darren looked calm and relaxed. Robert, however, looked just as nervous as my McFly bandmates. As we arrived at the guys they looked at us and Roberts nerves became even more evident.
"Um... should I give you guys some privacy?" Fabian asked just as nervous as everyone else
"Nah it's fine Fabian. Hey Marty, we have some good news for you." Elliot exclaimed happily
"The Termites are back together." Darren announced
"Great, congratulations guys you deserve it." I congratulated them smiling as the rest of McFly nodded before looking at me nervously.
"You mean it?" Robert asked
"Yeah. I genuinely mean it." I smiled
"Thanks dude." Robert thanked me happily

The Termites walked away to discuss there future as we discussed ours.
"You're happy about this Marty?" Lee asked with raised eyebrows
"Yeah, it means we can get back to being McFly." I smiled as the rest of the band's eyes widened
"Yes!" Chris laughed happily "this is epic."
"Dude that is the best thing I've heard all day." Alan had momentarily stopped looking around like a mad man to smile at me.
"Thank Fabian not me." I laughed as they all thanked him.

As Joanna, Emily and Violet came in Fabian, Alan and Chris went over and started talking to them. Lee looked like he was about to say something just as Robert came over.
"Hey, sorry to interrupt but Marty can I talk to you alone for a minute?" He asked rubbing the back of his neck nervously
"Um... sure." I replied just as nervous as Lee left to talk to everyone else.
"So... Um... I guess we started off on the wrong foot and I want to apologise for stealing your girlfriend. I honestly didn't know you two were dating and I would've kept my distance if I had of known." Robert spoke "I hope there's no hard feelings."
"Apology accepted." I replied smiling
"You're a good guy Marty." Robert smiled before walking over to everyone else.
