Session with Adam

Back at the house, she was waiting for the right moment. Aydan had it all planned out. She would wait until Asha went to bed. Then she would go and rescue Zak.

Her bag was ready in the corner behind her bed. She had her charms book and her boots inside. Her jacket was hanging up on her door. She had salt and iron in the pockets. Her necklace was in her sweater.
Everything was set. All she had to do know was wait. This was the boring part. And a huge waste of fucking time. She would rather already be there, getting Zak back. But Asha was still downstairs at the table. She would surely see Aydan ran out the front door. So waiting was the best idea.

Checking the time she saw it was only 11:30 AM. She had ages to wait. She also had a speech session with her mentor later as well. She had a feeling that the session would take over 2 hours. So much had happened since the last time they spoke.

She let her thoughts run wild as she put er headphones in. Switching on Panic at the Disco, she sat, thinking about the meeting.

She liked her mentor Adam. He was young and seriously cute. He listened to her and only asked her to repeat if it was important. He also understood her when she had one of her ' impossible days'. Unlike Asha did. He also let her speak about Lara and why she was gone. He knew when he could ask more or when to shut up.

Her thoughts wandered back to her mother. Had she known this would happen again? Had it even crossed her mind? Pulling out her necklace, she stared down at the black star. In the short time, she had it, it now meant so much to her. It felt like it have her a wave of protection and safety.

Elizabeth manifested in front of Aydan.
I knew this would happen again. Thats why i made sure Asha gave it to you now. You needed that extra push, to control your emotions.

Elizabeth smiled sadly. It helps with controlling your emotions. If you have too much anger, then it channels it. It adds anger to you actions, fuelling them. Use it wisely.

Manifesting used up too much energy. I must leave. Use the necklace on Charlie. He won't know what hits him. Bye my girl....

She was gone. All of that took Aydan's energy as well. Laying down she closed her eyes......

6 hours later.
Aydan sat up. Rubbing her eyes, she checked the time. SHIT it was 5:30 they were going to be late for the meeting.
Jumping off her bed, she ran downstairs. Asha sat at the table, looking slightly sick. Standing up she grabbed her keys and ran to the car.

30 minutes later, they had arrived at the offices. Asha had let Aydan know where she would be after she was finihed. Getting out the car, Aydan ran into the building and ran up the stairs into the meeting room.

Adam was already there, shuffling his papers. He looked up as the door was flung open, looking scared. He relaxed when he saw Aydan.

Hello Aydan, take a seat and we will begin.
Grabbing a stool, she dragged it to the table and sat down. Adam turned over the timer and began to talk.
How are you Aydan?
