She choke on her red wine.

"You okay dear. " My dad ask her

She wipe her mouth shook her head yea then look at me in fear. 

"And back to your question buttercup that's exactly why I don't want you to have a boyfriend. "

"I get it but....I already have a boyfriend" I close my eyes to not see his face

"You heard her she has a boyfriend. " I heard my mom say

"Shala I said no boyfriend till after college. "

"Well I couldn't wait that long " I open my eyes looking at him

He shook his head then look down in shame.

"I want to meet him"

"Daddy" I whine looking at him

"That's the only way you can still go out with this young man " he got up and left. 

I breath out in my own world till I heard my mother call my name

"So you seen the text messages " she folded her arms

"Yep. And you know what's funny is that my daddy cherish the ground you walk on. Then you have some nerve to make everything seem like it's just peaches and cream. When all along you a Cheater.  " I copy her move

"You don't know nothing lil girl so stay in your place " she got up

"On no momma I know enough. So you might want to watch the smart remarks at the next dinner.
Because all secrets will come out. " I wink then flip my now straight hair and walk out.

"So Son how did you and Shala meet " my father keep his eyes in Xiaven while he answer his question

Xiaven shifts under my dad hard gaze.

"Um we had some classes I will always see her around school. But I always had a crush on her just was too scared to talk to her. Then she left her book in class so I took that as my opportunity to talk to her now we here " he wink at me.

I blush looking down

"Mhm well.." My mom started. I look at her like come on bitch say something so I can exposed you

She quickly stop.

"You have something to say dear" my father ask her

"Yea. You have something to say mother " I was still looking at her

"No " she pouted looking away

"Son. I don't usually let Shala date because I know how little  boys are they only want one thing. "

"Sure the little boys you are talking about are not me. I love Shala. I want to grow old with her. I don't want that one thing that she got.  " he look my father in his eyes

"Oh really so why was he texting your phone talking " about you can't change what we did " " you still a Cheater and all this other stuff" I folded my arms and smirk

"Excuse me " he look at my mother

"can we talk in private" she look at my dad then at me and Xia   

"No explain now " he bang the table

The door bell  cut Xiaven off

"I guess I'll get it " my mother stood up

"No I'll get it " my dad stood up and went to open the door.

All we heard was a men screaming out my mother name. She quickly stood up and went to the door. Me and Xia followed

"Jason what us you doing here " my mother look from my dad to I guess Jason. Jason is fine light skin man with some pretty eyes.

"I can't keep what we had a secret no more so I followed you home to tell your husband in person that me and you belong together" he tried to reach for my mother but my dad got in the way

"I suggested you leave before this gets ugly " my dad took off his suite jacket

"Not until Jenna come with me" he look at my dad

"Wrong answer " my dad pulled his arm back and punch the men in the lip

The men stumble back touching his bleeding lip

"Charles stop " my mother yelled looking at my dad he quickly look at her in range

"STOP ! so you protecting him " he walk towards her

"Mr. Johnson watch out " Xiaven yelled
