I wake up and felt cold; my eyes were still closed as I touched the side of the bed. My eyes flew open and looked around the room. The shower wasn’t on and the side of the bed wasn’t occupied. I got up and put on a white XL T-shirt. What? I like big shirts DON’T JUDGE ME! >.<

But it’s weird…

“Who the hell…..” I look around and no one was here.

I walk to the bathroom and turn on the shower. I walk out and go to the closet and get some gray skinnies and Escape the Fate T-shirt that fits with my curves. I get some underwear from the drawer and walk back to the bathroom. I walk inside and feel the warm feeling of the water on my skin. I close my eyes and sing.

Tears began rolling down my cheeks as I sang “Hero” by Enrique Iglesias. This song is the song that played the day of our dad’s accident. The day Zeke and I sang when we were in the hospital when he had his heart problem and found out about our dad’s death. Our voice blended together as we sang the song.
