When the two arrived at Barry's house, the aroma of pizza invaded the room. Joe left one large before heading to Starling City to work on a case. He was going to be gone for a few days so he wanted to make sure Barry had something to eat.

Caitlin smiled at Barry. That feeling was getting stronger and he wasn't sure how long he could control himself before his feelings took over. On the outside, Barry seemed quite normal. On the inside was a whole different story. "Keeping cool" as Cisco says, was harder than Barry imagined in this situation. Luckily, Caitlin made the next move which snapped him out of his daze.

She said "Barry, I appreciate you inviting me over for the evening" then she smiled.

"Haha. My pleasure" he replied as he guided her towards the sofa. He gestured Caitlin to sit. Barry felt very awkward at this point. Part of him wanted to impress Caitlin but the other half of him knew that that would end terribly. The pressure was unreal. One wrong move and Caitlin could be out the door in seconds.

Barry moved the pizza onto the coffee table in the living room. Not sure what to do next, he frantically grabbed a stack of DVDs from the shelf. When he read the titles, an idea immediately came to mind.

"Hey, Caitlin " he said with a smirk across his face

"Yeah?"

"Would you like to... watch some Supernatural with me?"

"Oh my god! Barry you started watching supernatural?" Caitlin said in shock, followed by a smile.

"No but I'm about to start watching it now" he laughed

Barry turned on the TV and inserted the season 1 disc.

"We'll be very 'busy' tonight" he joked.

This was the first time he had ever gotten to spend some personal time alone with Caitlin. So far, it was pretty fantastic. Just her presence made Barry 10x happier. If this night goes smoothly, he'll become one step closer to Caitlin being more than just a friend.
God, he wanted that.

Barry could only hope for the best.

He sat down on the couch a few inches away from Caitlin. She looked at him and smiled. That's when she took his hand in hers. Barry completely lost it right then and there. He tried to hold his breath to prevent himself from looking like a complete idiot. Unfortunately, that didn't work because when he exhaled, he let out a little squeal. "Dying of feels" according to Cisco. Caitlin shot him a confused look and just turned her attention back the TV screen. Barry, on the other hand, was burning red.
"I guess this is what love feels like" he thought to himself.
