This was the night after she posted her rant about the mail. A bunch of us tried to call her landline and her cell. There was nothing on the landline, and the cell went straight to voicemail.
Several of us offered to bring her supplies, but she said they were okay. We all thought it was just a temporary power outage.
It was the next day when we really started to worry.
