Chapter 2: What about you

P.O.V. [Name]

I was waiting for Ren and Nora to arrive at my dorm. Those two are my two best friends. Even if me and Ren did get into arguments from time to time.

I then heard a nock on my door and opened the door to see Nora and Ren standing there. They then walked in and looked around. The first thing they noticed was that there was two beds.

"What's with the extra bed?" Ren asked looking at me.

"Oh well Ozpin is trying to find me a partner. So that bed is for whoever becomes my partner." I said looking at him.

"Oh I see, so what are we going to do tonight?" Ren asked looking at me.

"Well first we'll talk some about what's happened to us then we'll end the night with a scary movie." I said looking at them.

"Oh I love scary movies!" Nora said as she got popcorn. I wonder were she got it from. You what never mind it's better if I don't think about it.

I then looked at TV that I had managed to bring with me. I'm still not entirely sure how I got it in my suitcase but hey I'm glad nonetheless.

"So what have you two been doing since you left?" I asked looking at them.

"Well I got to ride an Ursa and Ren was able to kill two tijustukings." Nora said looking at me.

"Ride an Ursa? You know what I really shouldn't be surprised." I said looking at her. I then looked to Ren and he shrugged.

"Not much has happened with me really." He said looking at me. He then decided to turn the question on me. "What about you what have you done since we left?" He asked looking at me.

"All I've really done is complete that specail training I was assigned to do." I said looking at him.

"Well nice to her that you actually went through with that." Ren said looking at me.

"Oh course it was a good challenge and the people there weren't exactly bad company." I said looking at him.

"Oh alright so what movie are we watching tonight?" He asked looking at me.

"We're watching paranormal activity 3." I said looking at him. He then smiled and looked around.

"Wait I just noticed there are only two beds. So where does the third person sleep?" He asked looking at me.

"The floor. Since this is my room I get my bed you two can play Rock Paper Scissors to see who gets the other one." I said looking at them. I then walked over and pushed the movie in.

When I did I heard Nora yell "AWW NO FAIR BEST TWO OUT OF THREE!" She said looking at me.

I then sighed as I watched the screen come up. When I did I walked over and turned out the lights. "Best three out of five." I heard Nora say.

"Nora he's going to keep winning you always pick rock." I said looking at her.

She then looked down and I sighed. "If it makes you feel better I'll give you my cover so you don't get cold." I said looking at her. She then smiled and hugged me.

"Thanks [Name]!" She said as she hugged me.

"Uh sure thing Nora." I said feeling my face heat up a bit. When it did she looked at me and smiled.

"Aw so you really do still like me huh [Name]? I guess you really weren't lying after all." She said looking at me.

"Why would I lie about liking you?" I asked looking at her.

"I don't know it's just it's been so long since we last seen each other you know." She said looking at me.

"She right you know. Even before we left you were always so busy with you trying we barely saw you five minutes out of the week." Ren said looking at me.

I then sighed and looked at the TV as the movie started to play. I wasn't interested in it. I had already seen it before so this really won't scare me that much.

Have I really been that distant from them? Heck Nora didn't even think I still liked her. This thoughts kept swirling around in my head that I hadn't noticed that the movie had come to an end.

"Well goodnight [Name], goodnight Nora." Ren said covering himself up.

"Goodnight Ren, goodnight [Name]" Nora said as she uncomfortably made her self at home in the floor.

"Goodnight Nora goodnight Ren." I said covering myself up. I really need to find a way to repair the damage that's been done so that they at least know I still want to be their friend. I then closed my eyes and slowly drifted off to sleep.

P.O.V. Nora

I tossed and turned on this hard floor. Not only that but despite the cover that [Name] had given me I was still cold. If that's the case I can only imagine how cold [Name] is he must be freezing.

I then got up and walked over to [Name]. I then felt his arms. His skin was cold yet for some reason he was still fast asleep. I then looked at the cover I had then looked at [Name] and his bed and smiled.

I pushed him over just a bit and laid down next to him covering me and him up. "Nora what are you doing?" I heard [Name] ask.

"Well the floor is so cold and hard and your bed is so warm and soft. So I decided that you could share it with me." I said looking at him.

". . . okay" he said turning around and looking at me. I then smiled and brought him close to me. "Nora what are you doing?" He asked looking at me.

"Since we're sharing the same bed might as well cuddle right?" I asked looking at him.

P.O.V. [Name]

I was far to tired to argue with her at this point and just sighed. "Yeah sure," I said wrapping an arm around her and bringing her close to me.

I then felt her do the same and her some mumbling coming from Ren's bed. Well looks like he's either awake or having a dream. I hope it's the second. I really don't want to have to explain this to him.
