Topaz p.o.v

The force in my body was stronger than ever at this point. I still had no idea what it was or how it got there. The sun slowly set in the horizon as I walked back into the house. Amethyst was standing in the middle of the room with her eyes open wide with astonishment. She quickly snapped out of it as I entered the room. "When did you learn to summon a cool sword like that?" she gushed over the sleek, curved edge. The faint chatter in the background stopped. "Sword?" Pearl's head poked out from around the corner. Why are they acting like this, I thought they were warriors! I pondered over this thought for a moment. I don't know Amethyst usually like things like this but i'm not sure about Pearl. Pearl had taken the sword out of my hands when I came back from the trance I was put in during thought conversations. Her eyes were so huge I could have sworn I saw a small flicker in them as she turned the sword the see it from a different angle. Garnet soon followed after Pearl, coming around the corner. She walked up to me "Don't worry about Pearl, she is a sword-wielder you know." "Spear-wielder." I corrected. "Yes, what's important is that she will see beauty not just another cool looking thing to add to her room." She whispered the last part with a small chuckle. A crash brought our attention back to the other gems. "Gimmie." Amethyst was climbing on Pearl to reach the sword. "Amethyst please, GET OFF ME!" Seeing the two of them like this made me smile. Garnet was trying not to laugh too hard. They rolled around a bit, trying to get the sword for themselves. Not to long after, my stomach growled, reminding me I never had anything to eat that day, other than breakfast. What do you mean "eat"? (A/N keep in mind she is a homeworld GEM) I had forgotten gems don't eat Well, humans don't always have energy, even though it may seem like it, so we have to have something to  keep that energy going. Steven replied. She paused, Couldn't you just build something to give you more energy? I sigh out loud.  No, it's very complicated. her voice came back cold and distant, I guess because your a hybrid, you do have to eat. A new voice sounded beside me. "Hello...? Earth to Steven!" Amethyst was shaking me trying to snap me out of my trance. Peridot obviously felt annoyed, I could feel it. Amethyst suspiciously looked around, then turned to me and whispered "Who's Topaz?" My questioning glare forced her to say more. "I was walking outside to talk to you, when I heard you whisper 'Topaz lives' so I just thought it was someone important." She looked down, "Well, Topaz is my-" My head was racked with extreme pain as a headache washed itself over me. As I fell to the floor in pain, Amethyst just stood there in shock. Will people ever stop being shocked about this, sheesh! The pain subsided after her statement. "You ok dude?" "Yea yea, I'm fine." Something was off though, I heard Amethyst voice but her mouth wasn't moving. Oh crap, Is he ok I mean he was fine until you just HAD to ask about the Topaz person *sigh* This is all my fault! It kept going like that for a few more seconds until she realized I was still looking at her. "What's wrong man?" "Nothing, it's fine. About the Topaz thing, that's my name." I had lost my appetite so I went back upstairs. I sigh, and lay down, looking at the night sky through my window. The stars glistened in the moonlight, making constellation spotting easy. I chuckle as Peridot's smartness allowed her to take over. She looked up, and pointed towards a row of three stars, "Orion's belt." Her finger moved to the left. "Ursa Major." She named a few more "The big and little dipper, Mars, Saturn, Aries, giant ship that like it's going to land." I looked over to see exactly what she said. The ship kind of looked like a bird that had been stripped of its feathers and painted black. The mouth of the bird opened to reveal a girl, about as tall as me, and she stepped out. She scanned the landscape and came to rest on the window I was looking out of. Her stare was intense, it was like I could see the evil fighting the good in her eyes. I noticed she had a weird gun shaped thing in her hand as she pointed it at me. A ball of energy was summoned at the end of the thing and shot straight at me. Seconds after it hits me the world goes dark and I lose control of my body as it slowly fell into darkness.
