This quote couldn't be any more true. Recently I made a discovery that my managers (who are friends with my nan) Have been wondering why I am so quiet.
They don't understand. They never will.
They told my nan that "You two used to be so close" and that "she needs to break out of her shell" and "what happened to that outgoing little girl?"
NO.... You see, if I could be outgoing, I would. If I wasn't so self conscious, riddled with anxiety, introverted etc. I probably would be outgoing.
