CHAPTER NINE

( DETECTIVE CHRISTIAN LEIGHTON POV )

As I got out of the car I notice my front door is open and blood on the ground.

I run, not really thinking as I get in the door way, Valerie is on the ground, looks like someone hit her head. I check for a pulse find a slow but steady one.

Then I remembered Angel. I ran through my house to the back yard. Ran into the granny flat, Angel was no where in sight. I called the precinct.

(DAMON POV)

My Angel is finally back with me. I must say I was still mad at her but once I seen how beautiful she is, and seen her belly I knew I couldn't stay mad at her but I wanted to fuck her though. But I guess I can't do it too hard wouldn't want my baby born early.

As I was rubbing her stomach she woke up. And screamed.

" Angel, you know what screaming does to me, so maybe doing it won't be a good idea for our baby"

" How did you find me?"

"I've got people who knew where to find you"

Angel looked like she was about to be sick.

"Angel it's ok we are gonna be good parents. Have you found out what we are having"

"I..........I don't know what I'm having not that it's any of your business it's my baby"

I caught what she said but I chose to ignore it. It was hard but I did it. I don't want to hurt her she is after all carrying my baby.

(ANGEL POV)

I can't believe this, what happened to keeping me and my baby safe now I'm back here with this psycho. What if I go into early Labour he could kill me then what would happen to my baby.
