The 'Other' Hunter

Shiho watched the day class students were leaving the Moon dorm to go to class, and many of the Day Class students would be there to get aleast a glimpse of them.

Shiho knew the Night Class students were vampires, and that Zero and Yuki served as guardians rather than the Disciplinary Committee they covered as, he kept this to herself however, aside from the headmaster, Zero, Yagari, and Kaito, no one knew his parents were hunters and he swore to keep it to himself as well.

Shiho was awfully aware of circumstances of the pacifist idea the Kaien Cross did for the school to keep himans and vampires together. To Shiho, he wasn't aganist the idea nor did he like it. The feelings he had were just netural.

Thankfully Shiho would always spy on them to make sure everything goes according to plan, Zero and Yuki never caught him and no one else was around to see him. Which is why he must keep his life a secret as a regular day class student. Which he's actually a hunter.

With his bag in hand, he closed the door, He did spy Zero walking towards the Night Class dorms, late as usual.

Shiho spent more time in the library trying to find out the secrets of Ture Cross, it was very dark at night even with the moon out, shadows falling all around him as he walked, being careful to stay away from the room where the vampires had begin their lessons. The last thing he needed was one of them coming out and finding him, being raised by hunters meant Shiho must be on his guard.

Shihi made it back and ducked into bed sleeping peacefully without his roommate finding out. Thankfully his roommate Yoru Hinohara was asleep.

Next Morning

Teacher: Yuki?

Shiho looked at Yuki from his seat, who was asleep.

"Good grief"

the teacher said shaking her head seeing Yuki was asleep.

Teacher: Kiryu?

Shiho: He's asleep too...

Teacher: Detention for both of them!

Yuki was then awoke by her roommate, Sayori.

Yuki: Huh?

Yori: You got detention again...

Yuki: Not again!

Yori:It's your fault for acting like a vampire, sleeping all day and being out all night

Yori teases and watches with delight as Yuki begins to panic.

Yuki: You...you don't really believe in vampires do you?

Yori bites her tongue to keep from laughing.

Yori: Of course not

Yuki: Oh good, hey Yori will you come to detention with me? I hate going with only that jerk!

Yori: Sorry no, sucks to be you two

She says with a smile Zero who could hear perfectly narrows his eyes at them.

Zero: I can hear you

Yuki: I don't care!

Later

Shiho makes his way to the library seeing Yuki race out to the Moon dorm, Zero in no hurry following her.

Shiho ended up walking outside later that night, and luckily hears Yuki falling from the sky, hiding behind a tree he sees two day class students were out and about like her, Shiho saw it before Yuki did that one of the student was injured, he held his breath when sensing others approach.

Shiho: (Vampires!)

Hanabusa Aido and Akatsuki Kain emerged from the shadows drawn in by the blood.

Shiho: (Damnit)

Shiho begins to think, should he intervene? He had a weapon, but not sure if he can reveal himself.

Yuki drew Artemis when she finally sensed Aido, if he had wanted to hurt her she would have been far too slow.

He should get Zero. Aido was holding Yuki's arm, she must have hurt herself without realising!

He looked back to the school, Zero was on the roof! Shiho jumped out in plain view and waved his arms franticly pointing over behind him, Zero's hawk eyes see him and what he's doing. He jumps down with amazing grace, silently he points over into the trees he points is thumb over his shoulder tell him to leave so he can take care of it. Shiho nods acting as he says, but really keeps close but better hidden to se.

The girls had fainted they must have realised what Aido was! Aido was about to sink his teeth in to Yuki's neck when, Zero drew his gun Bloody Rose aiming right at Aido's head. Shiho stilled watched what was happening, Yuki of course who agrees to the pacifist idea that headmaster had, told him not to shoot, Hanabusa said something she couldn't hear and Zero fired a shot! But Yuki pushed his arm up so the shot missed. Shiho suddenly sensed Kaname Kuran president of the Moon dorm appear and the pureblood vampire, his attention on the group not him thankfully, Kuran grabbed Aido and pulled him and Kain away also commanding for the girls to be taken care of. Feeling relived, Shiho let out the breath he had been holding, there hadn't been such a serious incident before and it could have been a lot worse, Shiho takes the distraction to leave before he is found out...

Shiho: That could have gone better...

His instinct had been to jump in and protect them from vampires, even though he had to keep his distance.

Shiho: Everything will be normal tomorrow...I hope...

It was a good thing Yoru was asleep when he return to his dorm.
