Ello! Hi! This is your author here! Before you read this story there are a couple of things you need to know...

1. There may be some unrealistic scenes, but I will try to avoid too many... (It is a fantasy story after all...)

2. There may be new characters introduced throughout the story.. MAYBE...

3. If you don't like mushy scenes... WELL THEN YOU'RE IN LUCK! I make my romance/fantasy stories very realistic and not at all mushy, there may be moments where you cringe because of the mushiness but don't worry there won't be many.

~WARNING~

THIS STORY IS RATED PG 13 + AS IT HAS MINOR VIOLENT SCENES AND MILD SWEARING.

CHAPTER 1 - The Meeting

It was sunny that day, the day I walked into my first Job interview, Oh God! Who am I kidding, (I like to joke a lot, mess with your brain a little) it was not what you expect, but I guess it could be called a meeting...

The leaves crunched beneath my feet, the air smelt of fresh roses, and the sky was as blue as it has ever been this year. The lovely sun warmed me up in the cool breeze of the fading winter. Spring was coming. It took me exactly 600 steps from my home to when I met him, the boy who would change my life forever, the boy who met me on my way to ... Well, that's the thing, I wasn't going anywhere, I was just walking, and counting my steps to calculate how many calories I lost. Anyway, as I walked towards my training grounds in the Helmangton Park, there he stood, just staring into space, at least that's what I had hoped he was staring at...

"Hello, are you ok? Is there something you're looking at?" I asked as politely as I could without sounding nuts. "Yes, I am now that my eyes have met your beautiful face." I didn't know what to say, I mean what do you say? Thank you, yes I do have a beautiful face don't I? And you're face is ugly as hell! Ok maybe not exactly like that... "Um, thank you?" Was all I could muster up with all the blushing going on. Wait a second, am I blushing?! Me?! What?! That's crazy!! "I have to go, bye!" Was the last thing I said before I turned around and ran as fast as I could towards the park, just running aimlessly... Forever, just to get away--- from ----- him...

That evening when I got home mum had asked me where I had been. I was honest, "I--I went to the park, like I always do..." Well, as honest as I could be... "Oh, alright and why were you running?" I couldn't believe it, she knew, she knew I met a boy that told me I had a beautiful face and made me blush, she knew I ran away because I was embarrassed and she knew I had just lied to her... "What's with all the questions mum?! I always run! Plus, I can run! It's not a big deal!" I lost it and stomped off to my room, I head her mutter something like, 'I was just asking'. Dammit, I blew it! I totally blew it.

It was not until the next day that the subject came up again. "Geminel, come out and have breakfast, or you'll be late for your class!" My mother called through the whole house. It took me several minutes to get out of bed, after all it was a Saturday, but singing lessons are really important to me. The second I got downstairs mum starting talking about how late we were going to be and then she just stopped and stared at me. "Did you take drugs?" What? How old does she think I am?? Sixteen? I'm only 11 for god sake! "What?! No! Absolutely not! Mum, I would never, and if I did, it would be when I was over eighteen. Ok?" I don't get it, is that what she thought I did yesterday? Well if that's what she thought then I know for sure I'll be able to get away with drugs. That's including alcohol. "Sorry, I just, you seemed really stressed yesterday, and you were very hyper, you answered very quickly and I'm just worried..." Mum seemed really stressed about it. I feel sorry for her, worrying like that all night. Is that what meeting a boy made me do? Get hyper, and ... excited? Oh my god, I have to go it's 20 past! "Mum! We have 15 minutes to be there!!" I ran upstairs to get dressed before she could answer.
