August POV:
Eva since I tol' MeMe I wasn't gettin' dat vasectomy...she been real quiet. When I go upstairs, she dressed up in some sweats, hoodie, and she puttin' on ha ugg boots. And she been cryin'...
Me: "Babe what's wrong wit chu?"
She got up and pushed ha hair back
Mariah: "Huh?"
Me: "What's. Wrong?"
Mariah: "Nun. I juss had a moment. Umm. *clears throat* I'll be back"
She walked past me but I grabbed ha arm. Not hard though...
Me: "Stop lyin'. What is it? It has ta be sum'n'. You wouldn't be cryin' fa no reason, Mariah"
Mariah: "Don't worry about it right na. Okay?" She asked lookin' in my eyes
I juss look at ha
Me: "...Okay..."
Mariah: "I'll see you when I get back. I love you"
Me: "I love you, too"
She pecked my lips and I kissed back then she walked out. There is sum'n' up wit ha. These last three weeks she been actin' funny. I juss wanna know wassup...
*5:30 pm*
While I was in tha livin room' wit Paris and Dré, MeMe walked in bitin' ha lip
Me: "Umm. Aye. Y'all go ta y'all rooms so I can talk ta yo mama"
Dey nod and walk out. She sat next ta me and I looked at ha
Me: "Na I want tha truth"
Mariah looked at me and ha eyes got watery
Mariah: "*clears throat* You rememba when...we first met. Annnd...I tol' you dat my grandma had recently passed?"
Me: "Yea..."
Mariah: "Did I tell how?"
I shook my head
Mariah: "Well. She died from cancer..."
Me: "Damn..."
Mariah: "Yup. I was thinkin' bout ha ta'day. Ummm..."
Me: "Babe-"
Mariah: "I went ta tha doctor ta'day cuz I had an appointment..."
Me: "Mariah-"
She put up ha hand
Mariah: "*sniffles* I'm...on tha verge of a miscarriage..."
I juss looked at ha. Then she looked at me...
Mariah: "And there is a chance dat I could have cancer"
My heart dropped...
