- all you have to do is get urself In the comfort sintuation ,tied up ur room every weekend or month so that u feel more comfort when u sleep
- decorate ur room with fairy light / night light .
- prepared everything *example ur school stuff..
- go to sleep arlier than ever especially when you have something important tomorrow
- set an alarm...
Just make sure you set an annoying sound.. remember!! Don't put ur favorite song as ur alarm ringtone, and don't press snooze just plss don't
-wash ur face ,with cold water, so that u won't fall asleep again or u do some exercise to wake you up
