"Hurry up and get here Jennifer !", my friend Jessica said as I was on my way over to eighth grade orientation. "Chill I'm getting there." When I got there, I couldn't find her . "Where is she? She said she would wait for me in the quad", I thought to myself. All of the sudden I feel someone grab my shoulder. "There you are ! I've been looking for you everywhere." It was my friend Jessica , a tall ,skinny girl who had an amazing personality. "I just got here haha.", I said. "Well it took you long enough man." We started walking towards the gym where the orientation was going to take place. "Welcome eighth graders to your last year in middle school!" The principal said cheerfully. "Oh yay how exciting." I thought to myself. After it finished, Jessica and I were walking around the quad when all of the sudden Jessica says "Oh look, it's my friend from last year Calum ." At this point in time, i didn't know what the future had in store for me, or what was going to happen over the next couple of months. But what was going to happen, no one could prepare me for.
