Time to dance

GRAYSONS POV

We were all at the local lake just chilling like villains on the dock looking into the deep water and the water was perfect and the weather was even more perfect so we just sat around until Ethan said "hey let's take a swim " and Danielle shook her head "I don't want to get wet" she said a little too fast and she sounded scared

Alison laughed and jumped into the water and I smiled at her ..... Yeah I have a crush on her ..but I think she wants us to be just friends but I think she is perfect in every way  and I think Ethan and Danielle have decided that they are best friends ... Sure the only problem is that Ethan asked Britney to be his girlfriend when he asked her to the dance .... I don't like her

DANIELLES POV

okay the truth is ... I don't know how to swim ... I have never liked the water it's my only fear but I'm safe on this dock with Grayson who is staring at Alison

I sat there thinking about that Britney chick cause something seemed off about her she didn't even look like a good person it was something in her eyes that just didn't seem right and almost unnaturalit just freaks me out but I guess she is cool

My thoughts were interrupted by Grayson who picked me up and said "time to go in mrs I don't want to get wet" and next thing I knew I was in the air and I screamed "I can't swim " and I hit the water and went under and started sinking and I was kicking and moving my arms but it was no use

I heard screams but black spots were clouding my vision and I thought to myself "how many times am I gonna end up unconscious this year" and the world went to black

ETHANS POV

I saw Danielle go into the water and I heard her scream " I can't swim" and I said "I CANT SEE HER" and Alison said "GO" and I dove into the water and she was pretty deep and I saw her not moving and I swam down and wrapped my arm around her waist and pulled her up

We got to the surface and she started coughing and gasping and when she calmed down she noticed that we were still in the water and started freaking out like her breathing got really fast and I looked her in the eyes and said "hey calm down I'm here to help you" and she nodded ... Wow I have never seen her like this

We both sat on the dock and I said "how come you can't swim?" And she looked at me "I have always been afraid of the water" I looked at her and asked "why?" And she said "cause when I was 6 my 13 year old sister drowned " and I felt my face soften

Me and Alison and Grayson all made a group hug "well don't worry we can be your family" Alison said and she laughed "don't worry you are" she said and I smiled but that was cut short by the ground shaking and we stood up and I saw a huge monster thing in the water and I backed up and almost fell but Danielle grabbed my arm and pulled me up

The monsters head came above water and is was scaly and gross and its laser red eyes landed on us . We took off running and we almost made it off the dock but he flipped it with us on it and we all landed in the water and I saw Danielle under the water with fear in her eyes

I swam down to her and wrapped my arm around her waist and pulled her out of the water and climbed onto the beach thing and we took off running

And we ran back into the woods and on the trail we saw the teacher for the kids 12 and below and she said "oh hello might I ask why you four are running" and I said "um just racing home mr beckonblossom " and she laughed "oh and children I know it's just September but in December we are having a huge Christmas festival for the kids and I was wondering if you could help" I smiled and we all said "sure" and then she said "well okay I will see you kiddies at the dance tomorrow night right?"
