Planet Gumbo is a key star system for the Republic Forces. I have lived on this planet all my life. I was going to tell you all about my wonderful home, except I don't have a beautiful home now. I am writing this on a meteor after Planet Gumbo lost its gravitational anchor and fell through the galaxies to Earth.
Fortunately, I was able to grab Spring, Stock and my diary before boarding a vcsd (Very Cheesy star destroyer). We then jumped into light speed and got away. It was awful. I saw blood and arms floating in space, then a head flew through the glass on the bridge. We accidentally hit a hyperspace button and made a jump to light speed extreme - I got sucked in but used a tow cable to pull myself, Spring and Stock back onto the vcsd.
What a day. I am unsure what tomorrow will bring, but for now I am just relieved to be alive.
