Love's funny in many ways
To her, it plays with her emotions
She likes him
More than a friend
She tries to tell herself
It's never going to happen
But her emotions just won't listen
He likes her
Another girl in school
Making her feel abandoned
Staring after him
Crying about it
She just wants him back
That's all she wants
But love's funny you know
And won't let that happen
And that's what breaks her
