"Dam this rain!" I cursed to myself. This is why i trust the news. Going to be sunny my ass! To make things worse I'm late for my job. Boss is gonna give me hell. Well there's no point on stressing over it. As I'm (trying) to run to my job i see three people in long, black trench coats with sun glasses they kinda look like the people from the matrix. I stopped running and hid in an alley and watched them when i just a call from my boss. 'Crap!' i thought as i answered "H-Hello?"
"You see those people right? I'm going to let you handle this, don't hesitate" And she hung up. I knew what she wanted me to do but there's to much people. But i have no choice, she's the boss and what she says goes. Just as I'm about to charge in, a girl walks up to them. Wait, where did everybody go? But this girl, she looks familiar and shes wearing the same school uniform as i am. What does she think shes doing! Shes going to get herself hurt! A man from the three tries to grab her but grabs the hand and something flashed in her eyes i just couldn't place it. She twists off his hand and throws it of the floor, and as hes trying to recuperate what happen she gouges out his eyes with her fingers. Then the other two come out of their trace of astonishment and rush towards the girl all she does is throw the man at them and grab what look like arrow heads and slit their throats with them. As the body's fall to the floor a woman came out of no where and tackled the girl. The girl startled, the lady injected her with something that made the girl paralyzed. The lady was dragging her in the car I swiftly snapped and tore off her head. Her body slowly dropping to the floor, neck shooting out her blood that blends in with the rain makes a somewhat beautiful scene. After hearing muffling i looked down to see the girl paralyzed and confused. I picked her up and to my surprise she was kinda heavy. I took her into the shop where i seen my boss at her desk smoking her cigarette while doing paper work.
"Your late," she started saying still looking at her paperwork "and you brought back a souvenir?" She questioned as she got up from her desk to see the paralyzed girl n the couch. The girl looked uncomfortable,confused and just a little scared. I guessed i must've shown some sort emotion on my face because the boss got this mischievous grin on her face and said she knew a spell that get her up and moving again she just needed to find her book of spells which left me and the girl alone. i know awkward. As I was about to walk out of the room i heard muffling coming from the girl and her eyes held fear and lonesome. We made eye contact which seemed like forever until she moved her eyes and that muffling noise but she looked at me again and motioned her eyes to the seat next to her. 'Oh i get it she must not want to be alone with the boss' So I go and sit next to her waiting for the boss to come until i heard something fall in the room next to us. I shot up an pulled out my blue bowie knife with black designs of cherry blossom leaves on it from under the couch we were sitting on and stood by the girl just in case anything happened. We both inhaled sharply as the door knob started shaking and then the door brusted open...
