The Ghost Of You.....

Three Years Later....

It is three years from the present timeline, and Damon has just been awakened by Stefan, who fed him blood while he was desiccated in his coffin. This was Stefan only option, he knew in wakening his brother before Siena awoke wouldn't please him, but what was happening was a matter of urgency. The lives of his children were in grave danger, along with Stefan's, their only hope for survival wasn't impressed. When Damon realizes what Stefan's done, he becomes angry

"I told you not to bother me until Siena was awake!" Damon clearly annoyed that he had been woken, he had asked to be left alone, as he wasn't coping with life without the love of his existence. "If the kids having another fight-" Stefan didn't have the time to listen to Damon sarcastic comments, he needed his brothers help.

"Well, that's too bad. We got to go." Stefan spoke as he kept looking over his shoulder in fear, Damon was confused with his brother's behaviour.

"Why?" Damon demands. Stefan hears a noise nearby and spins the coffin around so the lid is facing the entrance, ducking behind it to seek cover. Just as he ducks, two arrows are shot through the lid of the coffin, just barely missing Damon "She's back!" Damon clearly terrified look to his brother with fear in his eyes of knowing that she had returned. Just then, two more arrows are shot through the lid, scaring Damon enough to immediately hop out of the coffin and take cover behind a stack of wooden crates as the woman shoots at them, hitting Damon in the knee and causing him to groan in pain. Stefan is clutching his stomach, as though something has been done to him. "I guess she upped her game." The doors of the storage container, where a woman is standing concealed in shadow, causing her identity to remain unknown. Meanwhile, Stefan has pulled down the neck of his t-shirt, revealing an open wound in the shape of a cross on his left pectoral muscle.

"My scar... opened up this morning. I figured she was back. I didn't realize she was this close." Stefan didn't know this day would come again, that after everything all of this was all behind them.

"You better get used to it, brother. She's not gonna stop until you're dead." Damon smiles grimly as Stefan, still groaning in pain, grabs Damon by the arm, and prepares to stand up.

"Come on. Ugh!" He pulls Damon to his feet and pushes him in front of him so they can run away.

Present Day

Elena P.O.V

Its official, things are getting from bad to worse in this town and it's all curtsey of the new supernatural family in town. Yep they have kept quiet for a long time and now they are making their voices heard, and in doing so innocent human lives were taken. This didn't sit well with the Salvatore boys, they were ready to take these heretic down once and for all. When they spoke like this it worried me, Nico was my nephew I didn't want anything happening to him, then there was Stefan who... I think it's clear what he means to me. So the only option was to call Damon, which didn't go down to well, but the purpose of the call was to speak to Ric. I thought this was a bad idea as his head hadn't been in the game since Jo was brutally taken from him. I tried being there for him but he kept pushing everyone away, and the one person he couldn't do that to was Damon. I guess that was down to on that night they both lost the women they love.

So Ric explained to Stefan what was needed to make this bomb that will kill these heretic once and for all, he followed all the instructions also added a timer. He was ready to leave to somehow seek it into their home and I had to stop him, they knew who he was, they lived in his home in that 1903 prison world, they see him coming from a mile off. So I offered to go, of course he wasn't happy about but luckily for me Nico had my back, I guess he wanted this all to go down without a hitch. Stefan was more concerned about my safety more than anything else, but I wasn't going to be going alone Nico was going to come, as I distracted the heretics he would place the bomb in the house. We had only a minute for this to work, so I had to give my best performance ever for only a minute. I'm sure I could do that, whereas the look up on Stefan face said otherwise. Like I told him we are both on the same page, that this was the only option.
