And Yet, Here You Are was never supposed to become a story.
It started with a game. Sims Status hahaha
The game gave me a Hogwarts AU where I could create activities, respond to events, post ridiculous little tweets, interact with characters, and decide what Nami Vale would do next.
At first, that was all it was.
A little chaos. A few posts. Random events. Whatever sounded fun at the time.
Then one activity gave me an idea for another.
Characters developed habits. Jokes became callbacks. Small choices started having consequences. Relationships changed. Mysteries grew from details I hadn't expected to matter. Somewhere along the way, I found myself becoming creative again, even opening ideas I hadn't used in a long time and genuinely wanting to know what happened next.
So I decided to keep it.
This isn't a story I planned from beginning to end and then recreated inside a game. These are the events that happened-and are still happening-within that game and its Hogwarts AU, compiled and arranged here as one continuing story.
BIG WARNING: it has been a long time since I read the Harry Potter books, and I do not claim to remember every detail of Hogwarts, its magic, its history, or its rules. There will be lore inaccuracies, invented magic, altered details, original concepts, and this AU happily wanders away from canon.
The Harry Potter universe and its established characters-including Hermione Granger, Harry Potter, Ron Weasley, Draco Malfoy, Luna Lovegood, and other canon characters who may appear-are not mine.
Nami Vale and the other non canon characters introduced throughout are mine and are part of this version of the story.
This is simply a place for me to preserve something that unexpectedly became very special to me

FanfictionNami Vale has a talent for ending up exactly where she isn't supposed to be. A fifth-year Ravenclaw with a dangerous curiosity, an inconvenient relationship with rules, and a habit of turning ordinary school days into stories Hogwarts will remember...
