OC lore for my OC x canon

A/N; any resemblance to real people or characters is purely a coincidence. I gave Arrow that name because I used to go by it to a small circle of friends and online in 2022-2024, and Arrow (my OC) is a reflection of the darker things I have thought, the things I have wanted to project onto a character.

Arrow was quite a delicate looking person. Although they were cold and detached, they were pretty like a flower, their white hair tipped with red resembling a white rose with bloodstained petals. They were skinny and average height, but for their age and biological sex they were a little taller than average. Arrow had ruby red eyes and wore all white, and they had a very aristocratic style, ouji, in more specific terms.

In their childhood Arrow had been quiet but happy. Their mother had raised them well along with their sister, and they had been a happy, wealthy family. One day, their father mysteriously died, and the murderer was never found. Devastated, their mother began to spiral, and she got worse and worse day by day until she completely isolated her children at home. Arrow and their sister were kept in the basement, and their paranoid mother went more and more insane until she no longer cared for her children like she used to. She turned against them and saw them both as threats, refusing to feed them or let them out. The two kids had to sleep on one side of the cold damp room and excrete waste on the other. Being the older sibling, Arrow's sister died first, giving up what little food they had been given before their mother gave up on them entirely. After that she was unable to go on and died, and Arrow, in their reasonably deranged state, clung to their dead sister's body for weeks, the corpse providing some small comfort even as she decayed in Arrow's arms. Carefully, Arrow had to also turn to their sister's body for nutrition, as they would have otherwise starved. In other words, Arrow was a cannibal, but not by choice.

By the time Arrow's mother had reached a point where she herself could no longer go on, she opened the door to the basement. Greeted with the view of Arrow weakly cradling their sister's rotting, mutilated body, their mother ended her own life then and there. Arrow had been so desperate for food and so betrayed by the one person meant to care for them that they tore their mother apart, ate her and mutilated her. Eventually they escaped and buried their sister in the forest where their house was located and dumped their mother in the lake with no regrets (until they were sane again).

Fast forward to Arrow being 21. They had raised themselves in their house and put the past behind. Having no route out what with their mother having mysteriously disappeared, Arrow had sealed off the basement for their own sake and raised themselves alone. They got an education and grew up to be a police sketch artist, working on sketches for wanted posters and the like.
