She's the sun not a star

The start

~hi, your author there, I may be bored before my studies so thats why i started this before my exam, It may be about myself, but i hope you are gonna have fun there, have a nice reading~

It was a normal day for her. Alex just woke up. Today she's supposed to know if she made it to the collageshe wanted in London. She would have to move there all the way from poland where she used to go to secondary school. She had her life together there. Her bestfriend Tom made it to medicine school.

During secondary school she had her highs and downfalls. She's really energetic and her friends always knew who to ask for any favour. She was the person who organised well. Maybe a bit introverted tho. She loved listening to music and thats what motivated her during the studies. She went to one of the best schools in Poland so she had her hopes high. She ate a sandwitch for breakfast and made it to her daily run (as everyday). She was a bit stressed, but she relaxed a bit. She lives near the sea so she went there. As she had wind in her blond curly hair she couldn't see anything because of the sun shining so bright. It was quite hot that day, but august was almost over.

She didnt go anywhere, becuase she got sick after a long period of stress and then her friends had some of their own plans.

After she got back to the house her mum went in from work.

-How was your run? Do you know anything about the college application?-she asked.-It was refreshing, thanks. Ididnt hear from them yet, the results will be there later on, but thanks for reminding me that everyone counts on my.-Alex said a bit overwhelmed.-I'm gonna go get a shower.

After washing her hair the bathroom had the smell of raspberry shampoo. It was quite demanding to wash her curls properly. She listened to some Linkin Park songs to get motivated. She's more of a rock girl that white girl music girl, but she likes to have variety of choices. She went to music school as she was a kid. She knows how to play the piano, but now as a 19 years old she does play the bass guitar. She learned that herself. She is the person who can't get bored or they will act irritated and angry. After getting ready she made it to the kitchen to get some lunch. Her mum made her famous lasagna as it is Alex favourite dish. The smell was everywhere. She got herself a big piece with some vegetables on the side and went to talk to her parents.

- How is Tom doing?-Dad asked.

-I dont know, she is going to Gdansk tommorow to get ready in her dorm before starting the school year. She's busy these days and its much harder to keep in touch.

-I'm curious how it will end up after everyone will go their ways.-mum said.

-I'm scared in one hand, but on the other hand i hope i will meet some nice people during my studies. 

After eating she helped clean everything up and went to her room. Afer scrolling through her phone she got bored and searched for the results. There were they earlier. Maybe the coucil made a decision to give them earlier so not everyone at once would go through and the server will work properly. She checked as her heart was about to explode. She didnt get in. Wow, waht a suprise. Afer for years of work at secondary school and after 8 years in primary school in her small town she didnt make it. She  is so pissed.

-What am i gonna do now ????- she asked as her mum went in.

-think you are gonna find your way this way or another. I know you. If you won't get in by the door, you will try the windows. It's not the end of the world.-her mum is so great at comforting...

After that Alex spend the whole afternoon searching for some IT college. She found one interesting one in Warsow where her brother lives. They don't care about your grades as long as you pay them fees. They are quite high and it's hard to get through the hard studies like this, but who would if not her. 

Later on she talked with her parents about it and they made a decision she can live with her older brother Simon and study there. She doesn't know anyone there, but why not ... What could go wrong ?
