This document will be used for study purposes only. If anyone in the facility uses it for something else, instant termination of their contract with the laboratory will be the following consequence.

The document can be open by :
-Lucia / director of the group #7 of the laboratory

-Fauve

-Laurence / head of the government

The document can be written by :

-Lucia / director of the group #7 of the laboratory

Access can be given by :

-Mithril / secretary of the director of the group #7 of the laboratory

With autorisation from the director of the group in possession of said document

The document location must never be given, and must change earlier than the date told to the workers. If not then the document will be stolen. If loss of the document, the next procedures must be followed :
-The date, place, and exact time must be given.

-Everyone who had for mission to move the document will be eliminated. All of their properties will be taken by the government.

-The last rule will be ignored if they can prove they were not on the scene or near the object ever.

-If the document is still missing please seek help from the director.

If some informations are missing please request Fauve to the desk. She will give the missing information. If she do not show up please do not go to her, the director will take care of this problem, just tell her.

If the director is missing, the document and everything inside must be stored through a memory stone. The remain must be burned and the ashes have to be burned too. Do not drown the document, water has a very good memory. Remember the elements can speak.
The memory stone can be obtained by Fauve. If she refuses to give the stone or can't be found, she will be eliminated definitively.

If anyone from the government ask for the document, check their ID. If it is correct then let them read, but be careful, the elementaries are everywhere.

To identify an elementary :
-their hair is the color of their element
- - > If the hair is dyed, the magic stored in the hair will still be visible through the light.
-their eyes are the color of their element
- - > check for eye contact, if the individual is wearing eye contact, please ask them to remove them for deeper inspection

-if the previous inspections are non-conclusive then ask to use the magical stone set, if any of them react they are an elementary.

DO NOT USE THE SET BEFORE THE OTHER TESTS

Otherwise the individual will know what we're checking for and will run away.
If our ties with the government become bad, we can say goodbye to our funds.

If the government signature is real and on the individual's ID but they appear to be an elementary, let them see the document if authorised by the previous rules.

If any changes in the rules are made, please follow them if the director has publicly approved of them. If not, seek the director's approval by asking her.
