Cream.GBA: Corrupted Innocence | Chapter 1. The Child's Game

This chapter follows the perspective of Lucas, a young man who had a general ordinary life and a caring family. The only thing he really struggled with was school since being a fan of The Blue Blur's games was considered niche and silly, enough to warrant bullying and being made fun of. Despite that though, Lucas was a very dedicated Sonic fan ever since he was a child and had started playing the games during the start of the Dreamcast Era when he was 5. When he was 7, his parents had brought a little baby girl named Lizzie into his world, and he loved her with all his heart the day he first laid eyes on her. He knew immediately that was going to be his little sister and the one person besides his parents who could enjoy Sonic the Hedgehog and all his games had to offer. Little did he know what would eventually happen years later on what would've been a very special day for both him and his little sister, and what horrors it would bring him...

This series will be in the first-person perspective, told through Lucas's own words and perspective on everything. With each chapter comes new struggles and horrors he'd have to face, along with choices he may or may not regret. Will he make it just fine? Or will he inevitably succumb to insanity? You'll just have to stay tuned to find out.
