Perfect prefect

*Beep beep* Hyunjin reached to his bedside and turned turned his alarm off. He sat up, running a hand through his hair as he blinked his eyes open.

Sunlight lighting up his room, he picked up Kkami off the floor, stroking his fur as he smiled.

— last first day of school, senior year. Finally — He thought. — First day at a new school — He frowned, thinking about his friends at his old high school.

— No matter — He put Kkami back down to start getting ready for school. He went though his morning routine, making sure to brush through his recently dyed hair, black roots with bleached ends, tying his hair up on a ponytail.

He moved to his closet, taking the outfit he had planned on for this day. Brown pleated pants with a matching belt, striped pale blue shirt with a brown leather jacket.

— and some glasses to top it all off —

He admired himself in the mirror for a minute before grabbing his backpack and Kkami and heading downstairs.

"Good morning, Hyunnie. Gosh look how grown my baby looks" His mother greeted him as he came into the kitchen, giving him a hug and kissing his cheeks. He flushed at the comment giving her a hug back.

"Good morning, Mama, where's Umma?" He signed, setting his backpack down as he opened the fridge.

"She's in our room baby. She's trying to get herself together- We just can't believe our little baby is so big now, last year of high school" Hyunjin peeked at an orange as she talked.

"Look at this handsome devil" They both looked up as the sound of the door off the master bedroom filled the house. The blood rushed back up to Hyunjin's face as his Umma came down.

"I know right, I can't believe it" It felt like his moms did this at every milestone of his, acting dramatic and crying over everything he does. He supposes it's cause he's their only child, their pride and joy.

"Let me get some pictures in before Umma drops you off" He stood up and dumped his peel then made his way over to his mom.

"Just to be safe you don't have one of those 'first day of senior year' or 'last first day of high school' signs right?"

"Nooo..." They both said in unison. He palmed his face before signing back to his moms.

"you can grab it if you want" The shorter mom (his Umma) immediately went back up to her room to grab the chalkboard sign they made.

"I can't believe you two' He took out his phone and opened an app before typing quickly.

'Umma, quickly we need to leave soon" the automated voice rang out.

They took pictures quickly, Hyunjin making sure to kiss Kkami and his mother goodbye before getting in the car.

The front lawn to his new school was beautiful. Hedges twisted with lovely topiary shapes surrounded by bright flowers. A statue of a man wearing a crown in the center circle; highlighting the castle-like, archaic structure of the school.

Auradon prep.

They parked in front. Stepping out and taking the scenery before walking up to the doors.

Greeting them at the doors was a shorter white lady dressed in a periwinkle blue skirt suit with her hair in a bun.

"Welcome, I am Headmistress Godmother" She shook both their hands as they came up.
