She's fifteen, riding a town bus to see her therapist. She didn't want to go. That's why there was a man dressed in a suit escorting her.

She was deemed mentally unstable. This happened shortly after the passing of her parents and brother, as well as her getting amnesia in a car accident.

She was the only survivor.

As she thought about it, she began to remember it. Yes, it was becoming clearer. There had been so much blood.

She'd woken up before paramedics had arrived and she was so thirsty.

Her thirst was unbearable so she drank the blood.

That's when it happened. She changed.

Her dull blue eyes began to glow almost white they were so bright.

Her long, waist length, blond hair became white.

Her body became tall, thin and athletic.

She became virtually invincible.

The hunger took her over causing amnesia. The hunger was so intense she couldn't focus on anything else.

But that wasn't today. No, today she starved herself.

Today, she stood, arms around her escort's waist, crying and pleading to have her family back and seek revenge on the same man who'd been launched through their windshield. The man who was just like her and walked away scot-free. Just like her.

The man who caused her parents' deaths.

Now, her eyes narrowed as the man held her at arms length and stared at her.

She pouted her lower lip and tears, again, welled in her eyes before the man gave in to her inhumane beauty and allowed her to cry on his shoulder once again, in mourning of her family, the only people aside from him that she had ever trusted.

He rubbed her back with much uncertainty and was soon forced to carry her shaking body off the bus.As they entered the psychiatric office, people turned and stared at the anorexic, sobbing, utterly broken girl he carried in with precise care.

He glared at them until they looked away before checking her in.

He sat carefully on a dark red couch with her in his lap and smoothed her hair. She looked up at him, her innocent, blood shot eyes had circles under them like bruises and her perfect, full, pink lips had turned white and now vibrated with her silent sobs.

He felt miserable watching her torture herself like this. But that's why she was here. So she could get better.

"Casey Williams?" The desk attendant called, though there was no need, knowing there were only four others who didn't talk.

The only noise was the sound of breathing.

She whimpered and hid her face in the crook of his neck. He stood sadly and walked to the nurse with get in his arms where she led them to the therapist's office.
