Purple & Red had finally made it to Industria. Multiple crewmates had come to collect the Ore+, but instead they saw... nothing.

The ship had been emptied, and there was a massive hole in the side.

Random Crewmate: "What happened here?"

Purple: "U-Uh... We uhh..."

Red: "D-Don't worry, everything is fine! We just stashed the Ore+ somewhere else due to the hole in the ship! Infact... I think we have it in the-"

Two security guards were already bringing them to Pink.

Pink: "Wow... Not only did you disobey my orders... You also lost every single shipment of Ore+ on board."

Neither Red nor Purple said anything.

Pink: "Do either of you understand how expensive that cargo was?"

Purple crossed their arms.

Purple: "We were trying to save people's lives."

"And look how well that went."

Pink sighed.

Pink: "Listen carefully. Officially, none of this happened. You two arrived safely. The cargo was delivered elsewhere. Nothing unusual occurred."

Purple immediately shook their head.

"No."

"No?"

"People died."

The room fell silent.

"Purple."

"No."

"Purple."

"You can't just pretend it didn't happen!"

Pink turned toward Red.

"And you?"

Red hesitated.

Pink pulled out a contract.

Pink: "If you stay quiet, your career continues. You keep your rank. You keep your future."

Red looked down.

Purple stared at them.

Eventually Red took a deep breath.

Pink closed their eyes.

"I was afraid you'd say that."

Then Pink pressed a button on their desk.

Two security guards entered.

"Separate them."

Purple froze.

Purple: "What?"

Pink: "Red will be assigned elsewhere."

Red: "Wait-"

Pink: "And Purple..."

Pink looked directly at them.

Pink: "...will be reassigned to an unpaid internship on a research mission stationed on Polus."

Purple's visor widened.

"WHAT?!"

Pink: "You are no longer Security Chief."

The guards stepped forward.

Red and Purple looked at each other.
