"Tara na!" sabi ni Michie.

Michie and her mood swings. Parang kanina lang, iniiyakan niya ang malandi niyang boyfriend. Nauna siyang pumasok sa Clover's Pub. As expected, maraming tao.

Pumasok ako sa loob at agad kaming sinalubong ng usok ng sigarilyo at amoy ng alak.

"She's here."

"Look, its Michie and Leo."

"Damn, Leo's getting hotter."

Pinaguusapan kami ng mga tao, mapababae o mapalalaki. Nothing new. I struded to the exclusive area of the bar.

"Michie." tawag ko sa kanya.

"Pupuntahan ko si John."

Michie is really sweet. I cant stand that John! Ang kapal ng mukha niyang lokohin si Michie!

I only nodded at her. Agad namang nahagip ng aking paningin si John na nakaupo sa isang table na medyo malayo sakin. Kasama niya ang mga kaibigan niya.

I saw John waved at Michie when he saw her.

Today was suppose to be the day na ipapakilala ako ni Michie kay John. I'm not sociable, kaya tumanggi ako pero mapilit si Michie eh.

I guess change of plans.

I saw Michie stood up and headed to the restroom. That's my que. With one gulp, ininom ko yung natitirang JD sa baso ko.

I struded to their table. Agad naman silang napatigil sa pagtatawanan at napatingin sila sakin.

I gave them a smile. My seductive smiles.

"Pre, si Leo yan."

"She's hot."

Narinig kung nagbubulungan ang iba niyang kaibigan. Yumuko ako at linagay ko ang kamay ko sa mesa nila, ginawa kong suporta ang aking braso. They have a perfect view of my cleavage. I saw them gulp. Well well.

"Listen boys, I need someone to dance with." I said in a husky voice.

"S-sure." Sabi nung isang lalaki. 'Yung iba naman ay tumango lang.

"And I think.. hmm, I'll dance with you." Huminto ang daliri ko kay.. John.

"M-me?" Painosenteng tanong niya. I can clearly see lust in his eyes. What a lamo.

Hininggit ko siya dance floor at pinulpot ang mga braso ko sa leeg niya. Agad niya namang linagay ang kamay niya sa bewang ko. Tsk.

"So, John is it?" Panimula ko.

"You know me?"

"Oh yes dear. I know you very well.... " Inilapit ko ang mukha ko sa kanya. "And your dirty little secrets." I seductively whispered in his ear.

I almost wanna barf on his face. This is so disgusting. But. I'm doing this for Michie.

"Do you now?" He said with a lustful grin.

Ilinapit ko pa 'yung tenga niya sa bibig ko. With all my will ang might I whispered..

"Yes, everything.." I gave him a hard punch on the gut.

"UGH!! - Y-you bitch!" He shouted while whimpering.

I took a step forward and bent to level hi face. I can see anger in his eyes.

"Next time you two-time someone, make sure it's not my bestfriend you asshole."

Tumayo ako at agad namang dumalo si Michie kay John. Michie is stilll concerned about him? Hay.

"John, are you alright?" Tanong ni Michie.

"Ugh, I am."

"Good, cuz' this is going to probably hurt."

"Huh?"

Michie gave a straight punch on John's face. Well well, my dear best friend is learning! John shouted again and kept calling Michie and me a bitch.

"Next time, jerk. Make sure to lock the doors. You two-timing ass! I hope you get aids!"

I walked out of Clover's Pub and waited for Michie. Well that was quite an introduction. Boys are such a pain. I don't understand why Michie wants to have a boyfriend so bad.

"Kanina ka pa?" Tanong ni Michie.

"Nah, Tara na?" I asked her.

"Yeah, let's leave this place. I hate it here. Punta tayo sa bahay."

"Alright."

We drove to Michie's house. And spent the night listening to Michie cry over that lousy ex-boyfriend of hers. I guess Michi really did like that loser. I feel bad for her.

Naubos niya lahat ng beer. And finally she past out. Tinawagan ko 'yung maid nila para bihisan si Michie. Poor Michie.

"Night Michie." I said while I was walking out the door.

Paglabas ko sa kwarto ni Michie, nakatayo ang isang lalaki sa tapat ng pinto ni Michie. Si Axel Micheal Cortez, 21 Michie's older brother.

"Going home already?" He asked.

"Yes, I am."

"Why?" He said facing me.

"Apparently, Michie is already asleep. And I have nothing to do here anymore. So I'm going home." Tumaas ang kilay ko sa kanya. What does Axel want with me?

"Why don't I drive you home?" I saw Axel smirked.

"No thanks, Axel." I rolled my eyes.

"I like how you don't call me 'kuya'" He grinned. This guy is annoying.

"Just because you're 2 years older than me doesn't mean I'll call you 'kuya'. You're still a childish loser." I snickered.

He gave me a mischiveous grin. Tsk. Naglakad siya palapit sakin. Hindi ako umatraas. I'm not scared.

"I really like you, Iris." He said with a serious face.

Di ako nagbigla sa sinabi niya. He also said this to me a year ago. And I don't have feelings for him...

"Axel, I told you before. I don't have feelings for you."

"I know." He reached my cheeks and caressed it. He smiled at me. Ugh, Axel's making me feel guilty!

"I have to go."

I turned my back and walk out of their house without looking back.

Axel is also my childhood friend. Me, Michie and Axel use to play a lot before. Pero nagbago ang lahat when he entered high school.

When I was in 12th grade, he was already 2nd year in Architecture. He suddenly told me he liked me. Of course, I had the same answer, I don't have feelings for him. He's just confused.

Nakauwi ako sa bahay. It was almost 2 in the morning. I think Ate Ariesa it already asleep. Dahan dahan akong naglakd papunta sa warto ko. I am already past my curfew and I am so dead if my sister finds out. Dumiretso ako sa kwarto ko at naligo.

Like I always do before going to sleep. I dialed Kuya Gem's number. Please pick up Kuya...

"This is Gemini Evans -"

"Kuya Gem! I mi-"

" -- You've reach my voicemail, please leave a message." And I heard a beep.

Binaba ko 'yung phone ko at tumingala sa ceiling ko. I miss Kuya Gem so much.
