Hi, my name is Kade and I am a 23 year old trans man. I live with my abusive drug addict Mom in LA. My Dad left when I was 4, so I don't remember him that much. My best friend is Kylie, and she is one of the sweetest people you will ever meet. She is so supportive and kind. I think she get's all of that from her amazing parents. They always welcome me into their home. Kylie and her parents know that my Mom is not the best. I almost always end up sleeping over at her house. I barely sleep in my own bed anymore. Which is totally fine by me, and Kylie and her Family would rather I be safe with them than be here with my Mom.
One of my favorite bands is Sleeping With Sirens. Their music has helped me so much, and they have SAVED me. Kylie loves them as well, and we also love Pierce The Veil. I love that we can connect over SWS and PTV.
I remember seeing Sleeping With Sirens post their next tour: "An Ending In Itself" and feeling a rush of emotions. I called Kylie right away and we were able to get VIP tickets to their October 3rd concert in Sacramento. We lost it big time when Kylie secured the tickets. I can't believe that I not only get to see them, but I also get to met them!! I have never met an artist or band before, and new people make me extremely anxious. So, I am rightfully anxious about meeting the band including Kellin Quinn. Luckily, Kylie will be there as emotional support. I am so glad we get to meet the band that has helped us out of the dark together. I cannot wait for October.
