Sadie Swan was convinced she was adopted. She was nothing like her mum, or charlie. She wasn't shy like Bella and always spoke her mind.
Sadie loved Arizona more than anything, the sun and the people-watching were her favourite pass-time; once she was informed of the plans to move to a small town in Washington she refused to believe it. Stating she'd rather "die" then become pale in a town where the rain never gave up. After a couple tantrums and Bella having to have several words with her, she accepted her fate, she only wished that they had tanning beds in Forks, WA.

Jasper Hale was lonely, sure he had his siblings and a confidant in Alice but he missed human connection, well as human as a 162yr old vampire could get. What Jasper didn't know is that Alice had a vision, not a long one, she saw a girl, olive skin and a perky smile driving into school in a beat-up van that looked older than all the Cullens combined. Alice knew this was Jasper's big break and she was determined to play cupid from day one.
