INTRODUCTION

It's been two years, Arjun left behind everything and devoted himself to finding SIKANDER .

Sikander, the monster who stole everything from his life in a blink of a night . His peace, his sanity, love of his life ; his wife Roshni . In front of his eyes, that monster killed his Roshni, and he could do nothing . He was helpless , drugged, chained, and held like a dog ; he tried but couldn't stop. She was brutally murdered by that monster. It's been 5 years but after that night Arjun can't sleep for a single night, he relived that night more than thousand times through his nightmares; her screams, her pain stuck face, her asking for help and lastly her lifeless body. It's like an unhealed wound, just like his right arm tattoo, which is slashed opened by that Monster.

That night, Arjun didn't just lose his wife . He lost his brother like friend, Sam . Sameer was out of town for a case that night; and when he came back, everything happened. Roshni was his childhood friend, and out of grief, he blamed everything on that broken man who just woke up in ICU after 2½ days. By the time Sameer realized his mistake, damages were done. And he lost his friend, Juno. After that, Arjun starts searching for Sikandar like a madman.

Almost after 1year 8months, Sameer saw him again. But this time, not as his best friend Juno but as a fellow officer, a colleague ACP Rawte who came to help for a case where a retired senior officer Raghu Sir's daughter, Sheen got kidnapped. That case was given to ETF, Sameer was the chief of ETF. On Raghu sir's request, DIG Coelho placed Rawte in ETF . And it starts a new chapter.

After Sheen's case, DIG Coelho placed Arjun in ETF as in 2nd in command . Sameer wasn't pleased with the idea. After all, Arjun is not the same old, fun-loving, chirpy, happy go lucky Juno; he is now a wounded man, like a ticking time bomb who can explode anywhere and everywhere. And nobody likes to cope up with the wrath of a wounded lion every day. Sameer was worried, especially for his team, or I should say for his children. Shree, A talented tech-guy whose every action shows college going teenager attitude; Chotu, an ex-commando with a hulk like body and a soft heart who still needs snacks in every half an hour ; And Riya , the research specialist who still thinks there is no need to shoot a criminal to catch him, who always brings statistics in every case discussion to blew his fuse and shut him up with some stupid percentage. These younger souls are quite oblivious with the harsh reality, the practicality, the brutality of life; and Arjun is the burning example of that brutality.

Things were not as harsh as he thought. the first 2-3 weeks were complete horror. The team was almost traumatised. But things gradually changed with the time . His innocent kids became mature thanks to the guidance, reality checks, and constant snapping and shouting by the raging lion. Things were getting on line, team started respecting Arjun for his bravery and honesty, started feeling his pain, started caring for him; they started seeing his soft heart behind the hard Armor. That doesn't mean they will not gossip about their hot-headed new boss; making fun of seniors is every junior's right by birth, but now they don't hate Rawte. Sameer was surprised by the team, especially by one of his kids , Riya ; his little sister like junior lost her heart to his former best friend , the broken man, ACP Arjun Suryakant Rawte . On one hand he was happy that his student fall for a gem, on the other hand he was afraid because this liking can lead to her a heartbreak as there seems no future for this new blossomed feelings.
