Thanks for giving this story a shot! It's been swirling around in my mind for the last twelve years and I finally put it down to paper. This is the first draft so it's not perfect and the writing starts out pretty sloppy—most of it written on my phone. Be warned, there's no mafia, no gangs, no General Hospital thrill—just two average people falling in love. I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed writing it.
