The night air was thick with tension as MATA agents surrounded Komeng’s gang hideout. Ali crouched low behind a stack of crates, his heart pounding. He glanced at Alicia, who gave him a sharp nod.
“On my mark,” Bakar whispered, his voice steady.
Ali tightened his grip on his gadget, trying to ignore the sweat on his palms. He always felt clumsy in missions, but tonight… something felt different.
“Now!”
The agents burst forward. Chaos erupted — Komeng’s men scrambled, but they were no match for MATA’s precision. Alicia moved like lightning, Rudy blocked an escape route, and even Ali managed to trip one thug into another, knocking them both out cold.
Within minutes, it was over. Komeng’s gang was captured, their weapons confiscated. The mission had ended far too easily.
Ali blinked in disbelief. “Wait… that’s it? We actually won?”
Bakar placed a firm hand on Ali’s shoulder. " Let's go now and report this to the general"
Ali nodded and tied the gang so they cant escape until the police arrived
At MATA meeting room
The general was shown through a hologram while gently stroking his perfect mustaches.
"After a long time, we finally managed to capture komengs gang which made me suspicious. How come it's so easy to capture, it's like a trap" He said making the other agents agreed and suspicious though they didn't argue since they finally can rest after the missions to capture komeng.
Alicia slowly raise her hands up whick make the general signaling her to talk
" General I think it's not a trap since I didn't notice a single person that watch us during our mission"
The general nodded and was about to say something when Bakar cut him off immediately making the general glared at him.
Bakar just scratches his cheeks and spoke " hehehe sorry general but me and Ali must go back now. We're uhhh..... currently doing something important, right Ali…"
He looks at Ali still smiling nervously
Ali was tilting his head cluelessly, without understanding the meaning on what his uncle just said until when he finally realized that they are currently meeting someone.
Ali made an O shape in his mouth when he finally understand
"Right, were currently doing something, hehehe. Well then, we'll be going now bye everyone"
The uncle and nephew quickly left the room which made the other young agents especially the older ones suspicious.
"Why do I fell like they're doing something that we mustn't know" agent Geetha said.
"As long as they're not doing something dangerous" agent Rizwan added
The general just sighs by the two related figures but decided to let go of it.
"Well, back to discussion, tomorrow, a new agent will be assigned here in MATA to see if our young agents are qualified to become stronger and join the new competition that will be held with other international agents just like the previous one."
The young agents was surprised and filled with excitement to hear the news. But they were curious on who this mysterious person be.
Moon, the eager one asked the general on whose this secret person be
"Excuse me general but can we know about whose this person be. Like is it a girl or a boy? Is it the same age as us or like Sam and the others?"
"Unfortunately, we didn't know that since that persons data is confidential and also, that agent is also the general of their agency in the Philippines" agent Dayang said making the agents in awe.
"I want you guys to be in the best condition since that person will train you to be that best agents and decide if you are ready to join the competition" the general said making the agents nodded and left the room.
After the young agents left, the other pillar leaders and older agents left behind to discuss about something.
Agent Dayang showed a holographic picture of a figure wearing a mask and a cloak behind the crate where the mission was held.
'How did they get that?
Well, all agents suit has a small camera in their shoulders so they can see or find something that the agents didn't detect.
"We found this mysterious person after watching the video of capturing komengs gang to verify if Alicia said was true and it seems like this person really knows how to hide it's presence very well" agent Dayang said while zooming the picture.
"We must be careful of this person since it can blend very well of this surrounding's and I can deduct that this person must be like an inviso agent or just a skilled assassin" Rizwan added while taking another lollipop on his pocket.
The general agreed to this idea and finally dismissed the meeting.
At the airport
𝐒𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐨𝐧𝐞'𝐬 𝐏𝐎𝐕
I finally got out of the airplane that I was currently transported from the Philippines and I quickly sat down from the tiredness after the journey here and to also wait for my transportation.
Minutes passed and I still haven't found a sign of them until I heard someone call my name, I quickly turned around to see my brother and my uncle with dad behind them.
"Y/n!!!" Uncle shouted and I quickly hug him when his finally close to my range.
After we hugged I quickly embrace my brother Ali into a tight hug.
"Sis...... I.... Can't....breathe" he said struggling for air. I quickly let go of him to get some oxygen and he quickly hugged me back.
"I'm so glad your back, I missed you"
He broke the hug and look at me
I chuckled by his cuteness and said
"I'm back"
