TO AZEL HUNT, being part of the hawkins crew was both comforting and complicated. from the outside, it looked like she belonged effortlessly, part of the tight-knit group of friends who faced monsters, bikes, and late-night adventures together. everyone assumed she was just another quiet, dependable member of the party.

only Azel knew the truth.

being quiet didn't mean being invisible. she felt everything—more than anyone else—and it wasn't always easy to carry. observing, noticing, sensing what others missed, Azel often ended up in the middle of chaos she didn't ask for, balancing emotions she barely understood herself. she wasn't loud or flashy, but her presence was essential, whether the others realized it or not.

so when she tried to just exist, quietly supporting her friends, she expected things to stay... manageable.

She had no idea how much her own story was about to weave itself into everyone else's.
